Lin Changfang, a male of Han ethnicity, was born in September 1964 in Yueqing City, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. He currently holds the position of Chairman at Fangda Holding Co., Ltd., and serves as the Vice Chairman of the China Red Ribbon Fund, a Director of the Zhejiang Province Guangcai Enterprise Promotion Association, Vice Chairman of the Wenzhou Small and Medium Enterprises Development Promotion Association, a Director of the Wenzhou Young Entrepreneurs Association, and Vice Chairman of the Yueqing City Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Lin has also held the esteemed roles of a People's Congress representative and Standing Committee member for the 13th, 14th, and 15th sessions in Yueqing City.
As an active promoter of the China National Drilling (Construction Engineering) Industry Base and an outstanding representative of Wenzhou merchants, Lin Changfang embodies the indomitable, tenacious, and innovative spirit characteristic of the people of Wenzhou. He also exemplifies the foresight, courage, and determination of a modern private entrepreneur. Over the past three decades, with integrity as his guiding principle and through relentless effort, he has led his company on a unique path of entrepreneurship and innovation. The company has established more than 200 sales departments and designated sales outlets across the country, and has set up designated sales outlets in countries such as Russia, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam. Their products are exported to over 80 countries and regions, including Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
Lin Changfang is deeply committed to social welfare and assumes his social responsibilities with enthusiasm. Since the establishment of his enterprise, he has generously donated over 20 million to various charitable causes, including poverty alleviation, disaster relief, public road construction, new rural development, financial aid for underprivileged university students, and the construction of schools of hope. On December 1, 2010, he further demonstrated his dedication by pledging an additional 20 million to the China Red Ribbon Foundation.

In March 2019, the People's Government of Yueqing City conferred upon Lin Changfang the prestigious title of "Yueqing City's Significant Influential Entrepreneur of the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening Up."
